How T57 uses AI to match, check and forecast, with a person behind every decision.
T57 solves the information gap that leaves food buyers and sellers pricing blind, by putting market data and AI forecasts inside the trade itself.
The problem
Quoting and buying blind
Food prices can move fast and without warning. When the Strait of Hormuz closed in early 2026, the World Bank's fertilizer price index rose 44% and urea prices 82% between February and April (ICC, August 2026). FAO warned that 20–45% of key agrifood inputs for some markets pass through the strait. Large traders pay for market terminals and analysts. Most food SMEs rely on calls to contacts and last month's invoices, so they quote too low, buy too late or miss a shortage until it hits.

What makes it different
Built for trust, not just listings
Use case · Illustrative example
Jeddah rice importer switches origin ahead of a shortage
A Jeddah rice importer normally buys from one origin. On T57, the supply view moves that origin from stable to at risk after an export restriction is announced, and the forecast shows prices rising. The importer posts an RFQ to verified suppliers in two other origins, compares bids against recent price data and secures supply for the next quarter before prices rise.
Why T57
