T57 solves the scattered, unverifiable paperwork of food trade by keeping every document and event on one trade record that every authorized party can trust.

    The problem

Which version is the real one?

A single food shipment can need dozens of documents: quotes, contracts, invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, halal and phytosanitary certificates, inspection reports, bills of lading, insurance policies and customs declarations. They arrive by email, courier and messaging apps, in different versions, from different parties. When something goes wrong, nobody can say which version is real. Errors cause delays at port, rejected LC presentations, and lenders and auditors who cannot trust the paperwork.

    How it works

Generate → Collect and check → Record

    1. 01

      Generate

Core documents such as the contract and invoice are generated from the accepted quote, so the data is entered once.

    2. 02

      Collect and check

Partner documents, such as inspection reports and certificates, are added to the trade record and checked for completeness and consistency.

    3. 03

      Record

Every document, approval and milestone is time-stamped and anchored on a tamper-evident ledger, creating a full audit trail.

    What makes it different

Built for trust, not just listings

Data entered onceDocuments generated from the quote carry the same product, price, quantity and terms, which cuts errors and discrepancies.
One version of the truthEvery party with permission sees the same documents, with a full history of who added or approved what, and when.
Tamper-evidentKey records are anchored on a blockchain ledger, so any change after the fact can be detected.

    Use case · Illustrative example

Port Klang importer clears a shipment without a document dispute

A Port Klang importer receives a shipment of Indian rice. The contract, invoice and packing list were all generated from the accepted quote on T57. The inspection report, certificate of origin and phytosanitary certificate were added by partners to the same record. The importer's bank, insurer and customs broker work from the same documents, so the LC presentation is accepted first time and the goods clear without a dispute over which version is correct.

    FAQ

    Common questions

Who can see my trade documents?

Only the parties you authorize for that trade, such as your counterparty, lender, insurer or inspector. Access is recorded in the audit trail.

Are documents stored on the blockchain?

No. Documents are stored securely, and a digital fingerprint of each key record is anchored on the ledger. This proves the document has not changed without exposing its contents.
