One trade, one record: from quote to settlement

Every step of a food trade, from request to payment, on one shared record.

T57 solves the gap between agreeing a food trade and actually delivering it, by carrying every request, quote, contract and order through to execution on one record.

    The problem

Deals agreed in chats, run on spreadsheets

Most food trades are agreed in conversations and then run on spreadsheets, emails and phone calls. Specifications change between the enquiry and the contract. Orders for the next season are made on a handshake. Public tenders arrive as long PDFs that smaller suppliers cannot easily answer. And when a buyer or regulator asks where a product came from, the answer is buried in paper. The key challenges T57 addresses include:

    Lost detail

Specifications, prices and terms change or disappear between the first enquiry and the final contract.

    Uncertain supply

Buyers cannot lock in future supply, and growers cannot plan or finance next season's crop.

    Weak proof of origin

Buyers, insurers and regulators increasingly ask for traceability that most food SMEs cannot provide.

    Use case · Illustrative example

Johor processor locks in supply and wins a hotel contract

A food processor in Johor needs a steady supply of chillies and a new customer for its sauces. Through T57 it signs a contract farming agreement with a verified cooperative in Pahang, with quality standards and delivery dates agreed upfront. It answers an RFQ from a verified hotel group in Kuala Lumpur and wins. Each batch of sauce is traceable back to the cooperative's harvest, which the hotel group's food safety team can check on the trade record.
