Every step of a food trade, from request to payment, on one shared record.
On T57, any food product, from wheat, rice and dates to fresh fruit and packed brands, moves from an agreed price to the shelf on one verified trade record. Every service it needs is booked inside that trade.
The problem
A single food trade touches a dozen companies that do not share records
The global trade finance gap reached $2.5 trillion in 2025, and banks rejected 41% of SME trade finance applications (ADB, January 2026). One reason is that no one sees the whole trade. The buyer, seller, bank, insurer, forwarder, shipping line, inspector and customs authority each keep their own copy, in their own format. Trust is rebuilt at every step, documents are retyped, and perishable food waits. The key challenges T57 addresses include:
Services bought one by one
Shipping, storage, insurance, inspection and finance are each found, priced and booked separately.
Lenders cannot see the trade
Banks see paperwork, not the parties, goods and milestones behind it, so they say no or price high.
Clearance starts too late
Documents often reach the port only when the goods do, and food sits waiting.
