Finance, escrow and insurance come from licensed partners.

T57 solves the document errors and border delays that hold perishable food at ports, by preparing customs documents from the trade record and sending them ahead for pre-clearance where authorities support it.
The problem
Perishable food held at the port
Food crossing a border needs a stack of documents: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, health, phytosanitary and halal certificates, import permits and the customs declaration. Each must match the others exactly. One wrong HS code, weight or date can hold a container for days, and for chilled or frozen food every day costs money and quality. The WTO estimated that full implementation of its Trade Facilitation Agreement could cut trade costs by an average of 14.3% (WTO, World Trade Report 2015). Much of that saving comes from simpler, digital border procedures. The key challenges T57 addresses include:
Inconsistent documents
The same data is typed into many documents by different parties, creating mismatches.
Classification errors
Wrong HS codes lead to delays, penalties or the wrong duty.
Late submission
Documents reach customs only when the goods arrive, so clearance starts late.

- 04
Sample and release
On arrival, any required inspection or sampling takes place and the goods are released faster.

Use case · Illustrative example
Antalya fresh-produce exporter clears goods in Riyadh ahead of arrival
An exporter of fresh peppers and tomatoes in Antalya ships by road to a verified Riyadh wholesaler. The invoice and packing list are generated from the contract, and the phytosanitary certificate and certificate of origin are added to the trade record. AI checks flag a weight mismatch, which is corrected before departure. The vetted customs broker lodges the documents before the truck reaches the border, and the goods are released after a routine check.
Why T57

AI advises, people decide
AI suggests HS codes and flags errors. Brokers and members confirm, and customs authorities decide.
FAQ
Common questions
Does T57 file customs declarations?
No. Licensed customs brokers file declarations, using the documents prepared on T57.
Is pre-clearance available in every country?
Pre-clearance depends on each customs authority's procedures. Where it is not available, T57 still sends complete, checked documents to the broker before arrival.
Are AI-suggested HS codes final?
No. They are suggestions for a broker or member to confirm. The final classification is the declarant's responsibility.
