TodayWith T57
Finance, escrow and insurance come from licensed partners.

T57 lets farmers, cooperatives and food businesses rent the equipment and technology that larger operators already use, from verified owners who are paid only when the job is done.
The problem
The technology exists, but few farmers can reach it
More than three-quarters of farmers in sub-Saharan Africa still work with hand tools alone, and tractors prepare only about 5% of cropland there, against more than 60% in Asia (FAO and African Union, 2018). Drones, soil sensors and AI tools are out of reach for all but the largest farms, while the owners of that equipment leave it idle for much of the year. The key challenges T57 addresses include:
Too costly to own
A smallholder cannot buy a machine or a drone that is needed only a few weeks a year.
No skills to run it
A drone or a sensor network needs a trained operator.
No trust between strangers
Owners will not rent to people they cannot verify, and renters fear poor work.

Use case · Illustrative example
A date cooperative books drone spraying before a heat wave
A date and vegetable cooperative near Al-Ahsa needs its members' plots sprayed before a heat wave. On T57 it books a verified drone operator for 60 hectares at a price per hectare. The operator records the area and the dose for each plot. The cooperative pays from escrow once members confirm the work, and the spray record joins each member's trade record for buyers to see.

FAQ
Common questions
Can I list my equipment or drone for rent?
Yes. Verified members list equipment and services with prices, areas served and availability.
Do I need to know how to operate it?
No. Book it with a trained operator, or book the job alone, such as spraying 10 hectares.
Who is responsible if something breaks?
The rental terms, condition records and any insurance set out responsibility. Disputes are handled under those terms and the payment partner's rules.
What happens to owners with poor ratings?
Ratings come only from recorded jobs. Repeated upheld complaints lead to suspension and then removal from T57.
