Five founding markets linked both ways, open online worldwide, growing to 101 markets by 2036.
T57 connects ASEAN food producers and traders, starting from Malaysia, to verified buyers in the Gulf, India and Türkiye, on a trade record built for digital trade rules.
The challenge
The challenge
Southeast Asia is a major supplier of rice, palm oil, seafood, fruit and halal processed food. ASEAN is also moving toward common digital trade rules: negotiations on the ASEAN Digital Economy Framework Agreement (DEFA) concluded in May 2026, with signing targeted for November 2026. Yet many ASEAN producers still rely on intermediaries to reach distant buyers, and cross-border paperwork remains slow. The key challenges T57 addresses include:
Distance from buyers
Producers rarely deal directly with buyers in the Gulf or South Asia.
Paper-based trade
Documents still move by courier and email.
Finance gaps
Small exporters struggle to fund orders while they wait for payment.
